摘要
为了解安徽省幼儿教师心理资本现状及影响因素,采用幼儿教师心理资本问卷,对402名幼儿教师进行实证研究。研究表明,安徽省幼儿教师心理资本总体上较为乐观;幼儿教师学历水平越高,心理资本越高;城镇园幼儿教师的心理资本及各维度的平均分普遍高于乡村园幼儿教师;转岗幼儿教师的心理资本及各维度的平均分普遍低于幼儿园的正式教师;幼儿教师心理资本随年龄及教龄的增长而提升,具有一定的规律性。
The paper used psychological capital questionnaires for 402 pre-school teachers to empirically explore the status quo and influencing factors of their psychological capital of Anhui province. The results showed that preschool teachers' psychological capital was generally optimistic. The higher their degrees were, the better their psychological capital was. Those in urban areas had higher average scores than those in suburban regions. Transferred teachers had lower average scores than certificated teachers. The psychological capital of pre-school teachers increased with age and had certain regularity.
