哈尔滨市高校教师职业倦怠现况分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解哈尔滨市高校教师职业倦怠现况,发现高校职业倦怠高发人群,为相关部门制订考核目标和预防救助教师职业倦怠措施提供基础数据。方法采用职业倦怠调查问卷(MBI问卷)调查哈尔滨市3所高校180名教师和教育工作者,影响因素涵盖性别、年龄、学历、专业技术职务、工作年限、是否承担行政工作、薪资收入等。结果高校教师在情绪枯竭、去人格化倾向方面与参考值存在偏差,个人成就感方面自我评价偏低,对于工作的完美感和认同度上存在缺失。每次出现职业倦怠状况表现的3个维度侧重点各有不同;年龄在36~45岁之间具有副高级专业技术职称的人群是职业倦怠的高发人群。职业倦怠在工作过程中反复出现呈周期性变化。结论哈尔滨市高校教师个人成就感低,自我高预期值与现实工作中所取得的实际工作绩效间存在一定的落差;应根据调查分析的结果,制定考核和预防救助办法。 Objective To learn the situation of occupational ennui of teachers in Harbin' s colleges and universities, and analyze the most likely influenced crowd in order to provide basic data for the interrelated departments to draw up different kinds of assessment targets and take measures to prevent teachers' occupational ennui. Methods 180 teachers and teaching staff of three colleges and universities in Harbin were investigated by Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire. The influencing factors covered gender, age, educational background, professional and technical posts, fixed number of employment year, whether to assume administration work, compensation and incomes, etc. Results The outcome of the questionnaire shows that there was deviation in the teachers' Emotional Exhaustion and there was inclination and reference to depersonalization, and it was on the low level in the self-appraisal of individual accomplishment and there was deficiency in individual perfection and self-identity of their work. We couldn' t be optimistic in the occupational ennui. Conclusion It was low in the teachers' individual accomplishment and their self-identity was not very high. There was a gap between the high self-anticipation and the actual work performance in the real working environment. Occupational ennui appears repeatedly in the working process and assumes periodical changes. Every time, the particular emphases that the occupational ennui manifests on the tri-dimensionality were different. The teaching staff who were assistant-professors with the age between 36 and 45 were the crowd who are most likely to have occupational ennui.
