摘要
睾丸扭转又称为精索扭转,是由于睾丸和精索本身的解剖结构异常或者活动度加大而引起的扭转,使得精索内的血液循环发生障碍,最终引起睾丸急性缺血、坏死的病变〔1〕。它是一种泌尿外科急症,主要影响年轻人。本文探讨睾丸扭转疾病的诊治,旨在提高临床医师的诊治能力,以求最大程度地挽救患者睾丸。1流行病学睾丸扭转是一种较少见且后果严重的疾病。
We reviewed relevant literatures and discussed the anatomic features,clinical manifestation,ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment of the testicular torsion.There are still no effective measures to prevent the occurrence of testicular torsion.And,delays in diagnosis and treatment could lead to profound impact on physical and mental health.We not only hope to rise high attention about testicular torsion to the attending doctors,but also to improve the ability of accurate diagnosing and distinguishing.
