摘要
目的创建科务公开督查模式,以便能客观、公正地评价科室科务公开执行情况、了解科室科务公开工作进展。方法在2013年、2014年科务公开督查工作基础上,创新构建科务公开督查新模式,并以此模式为指导开展2015年科务公开督查工作,测量科室科务公开度。结果 2015年全院科室科务公开度得分为94.53分。其中执行公开维度得分为39.14分,公开效果维度得分为55.40分,其中内容知晓度得分为45.62分,公开及时度得分为9.78分。结论新型督查评价模式是原有督查工作的延续和升华,不仅确保评价结果的客观和公正,也能大大提升科室开展科务公开的主观能动性,同时也能暴露管理中的问题。
Objective To create a new mode of open administration of clinical department affairs in order to get more objective and impartial evaluation of the implementation of these affairs and to understand the progress of them. Methods West China Hospital of Sichuan University originally constructed the mode of opening administration of clinical department affairs,and carried out the inspection work in 2015 under the guidance of the mode.Results It showed that the rate of open administration of clinical department affairs was 94. 53%. The execution dimension scored 39. 14%. The effect dimension scored 55. 40%,including the rate of awareness 45. 62% and timeliness（ 9. 78%）. Conclusion This mode is the continuation and sublimation of the original inspection work.It not only guarantes the objectivity and impartiality of the results,but also develops the subjective initiative of the departments. It can also expose the problems in management.
