摘要
对我国银杏树的种植 ,银杏叶、果的加工等几个方面的现状进行了论述 ,主要涉及银杏叶提取物 (EGb)、含EGb的食品、银杏叶茶、银杏果系列食品等产品。
The planting situation of Ginkgo and processing of leaves and fruits in China were introduced in this paper.The products include EGb,food with EGb,Ginkgo leaves tea and series products of Ginkgo fruit.
