摘要
随着变压器遭受短路冲击的次数增多,绕组变形试验在变压器状态监测及评估中变得越来越重要。为提高变压器绕组变形试验结果的准确性,详细阐述了剩磁是如何对绕组变形试验产生影响的。从变压器结构和电感参数测量的角度出发,分析了剩磁与励磁电感之间的关系。基于对低电压短路阻抗法原理的深入研究,分析了剩磁是怎样破坏准确测量低电压短路阻抗的前提条件。通过重新审视频率响应分析法的基本原理,分析了在剩磁存在时变压器绕组幅频特性测试结果的变化情况。现场试验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。为确保绕组变形试验的可靠性,试验开始前须采取必要的消磁措施。
With the increase of the number of short circuit shocks,the transformer winding deformation test becomes more and more important in the monitoring and evaluation of the transformer condition. In order to improve the accuracy of test results,the influence of the residual flux on the transformer winding deformation test is elaborated in detail.From the perspective of the transformer structure and parameters,the relationship between residual magnetism and excitation inductance is analyzed. Based on the deep research on the principle of low voltage short circuit impedance method,this paper analyzes the premise condition of the way residual flux destroys the accurate measure of the short-circuit impedance. By re-examining the basic principle of frequency response analysis method,the change of test results of transformer winding amplitude-frequency characteristics is analyzed as well. The field test results verified the theoretical analysis. In order to ensure the reliability of winding deformation test,we should take the necessary degaussing-measures before the start of test.
