摘要
分析了变压器铁芯剩磁产生的原因、特点及危害,其中重点分析了剩磁产生的原因。介绍了现有的变压器铁芯剩磁检测技术和消磁方法,并在现有技术理论基础上提及一种基于变压器励磁阻抗测量的剩磁消除技术,该方法具有检测时间短、检测成本低、消磁时间短、流程简单等特点,但是实际效果还有待实践来检验。
The paper analyzes the reason, characteristics and harm of the iron-core demagnetization, special stress on analysing the reason caused by demagnetization. It presents the iron-core residual demagnetization testing techndogy of the transformer and the demaynetization method, and puts forward a demagnetization defeat techndogy based on the trans- former excitation impedance line, low testing cost, short d measure on the basis of emagnetization time and existing technical theory. The method has the features of short testing simple process and so on, but their actual results will be tested inthe coming practice.
