摘要
疟疾曾是江苏省最主要的传染病之一,在20世纪曾先后两次出现大范围的疟疾暴发流行,年发病人数达千万。通过几代人努力,江苏省的疟疾防治取得显著成效,疟疾发病率稳步下降,1988年已成功阻断恶性疟的传播,2009年全省年报告疟疾病例总数已降至389例,发病率低于0.1/万;2010年,江苏省全面启动消除疟疾行动,疟疾防治从控制走向消除,自2011年10月至今未发现本地感染疟疾病例,全省已有90个县(市、区)和5个地级市通过消除疟疾达标考核。
Malaria was once one of the main infectious diseases in Jiangsu Province, and two widespread outbreaks ofmalaria occurred in last century, and the annual malaria cases once reached to 10 million. After the efforts from severalgenerations, the malaria control has achieved a great success with the steady decrease of malaria incidence, and thetransmission of facliparum malaria has been blocked since 1988. The total annual malaria cases decreased to 389 in 2009,and the malaria incidence was less than 0.1/10 000. In 2010, the malaria elimination program was launched. No local malariacases were reported since Oct. 2011. At present, 90 counties and 5 cities passed the assessment of malaria elimination inJiangsu Province.
