摘要
目的探讨按疾病诊断相关分组付费方式(DRGs)在我国推行的可行性。方法采用文献阅读法、实例举证法及定性分析法等对我国几大试点医院实施DRGs付费方式前后效果进行对比分析,同时探讨其对医疗机构的影响机制。结果 DRGs付费方式能够带来降低医疗费用、提高医疗机构管理效率、规范医生诊疗行为、提高患者的满意度等方面的效果。结论 DRGs付费方式有助于医疗机构在低成本、高效率的模式下运作,值得在我国推行。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of the payment system based on Diagnosis- Related Groups（ DRGs） in China. Methods According to the methods of literature reading,case study and qualitative analysis,the implementation of DRGs in several pilot hospitals and its influence on medical institutions were analyzed.Results DRGs payment displayed significant effects on reduction of medical costs,improvement of the management efficiency of medical institutions,standardization of the medical treatment behavior and increase of patient satisfaction. Conclusion DRGs payment can help the medical organization reduce cost and improve efficiency,which is deserved to be carried out in our country.
