恶性肿瘤患者的营养治疗 被引量:1

摘要 恶性肿瘤患者营养不良发生率高达40.0%~80.0%。营养不良降低肿瘤治疗的有效性,增加化、放疗的不良反应,降低患者的生活质量,缩短肿瘤患者的生存时间。肿瘤营养疗法(cancer nutrition therapy,CNT),是肿瘤多学科综合治疗的重要组成部分,是与手术、放疗、化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等疗法并重的另外一种治疗方法,这已成为广大肿瘤专业医师的共识。
