摘要
科研创新团队是高校图书馆队伍建设的一种新的组织模式,是高校图书馆提升科研水平、创新服务、实现服务性学术机构的重要途径。在阐述高校图书馆科研创新团队的内涵与特征的基础上,从目标定位、组织模式、科研优势、服务创新等方面,对山西财经大学图书馆信息资源管理科研创新团队的实践进行了研究,旨在提升高校图书馆的核心竞争力,促进图书馆事业的全面发展。
The scientific research innovation team, which is a new organizing mode of the team construction in university library, is an important approach for university library to improve its research level, innovate its service and make it become the service-oriented academic institution. Based on expounding the concept and characteristics of university library＇ s scientific research innovation team, this paper studies the practice of the university-level information management scientific research innovation team in the library of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics from the aspects of the objective orientation, organizing mode, research advantage, and service innovation, etc., aiming at improving the core competitiveness of university library and promoting the comprehensive development of library cause.
