合理解决内部冲突是科研创新团队高效运行的关键。合理解决科研创新团队的内部冲突有 赖于团队的组织保证和合理的个人策略选择。
Properly dealing with the internal conflict in a group of scientific research ＆ originality is very important to its efficiently running. The problem will be solved properly when the organization of a group is guaranteed and the choice of personal strategy is right.
