癌症患者导管相关血栓预防及治疗进展 被引量：2

摘要 中心静脉导管（CVCs）已经越来越广泛地应用于癌症患者的治疗以及支持性护理，同时，由于长期留置导管导致的不良事件如感染、栓塞等的发生也在逐年增多。导管相关血栓（CRT）作为癌症患者静脉置管后最常见的一种并发症，目前尚无明确的预防及治疗标准，临床工作中，大部分的实践仍来源于下肢静脉血栓的证据支持。我们通过回顾国内外的相关文献，结合新近的循证医学证据，对导管相关血栓的流行病学、诊断、预防及血栓生成后的治疗作一概述，为临床工作提供依据。
