鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性与抗菌药物使用强度相关性分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性与抗菌药物使用强度的相关性,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对某医院2012-2015年度住院患者常用抗菌药物的使用强度和鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性的关系进行分析。结果该医院连续4年从临床送检的标本中共分离出病原菌19 578株,其中鲍曼不动杆菌共2 886株,构成比为14.74%,分离率有增加趋势。分离菌株数排名前3的科室为重症医学科、综合内科和急诊科,构成比依次为29.82%、26.05%和12.16%。该医院鲍曼不动杆菌分离率增加,但常规抗菌药物使用强度呈现下降趋势,除亚胺培南之外,其余抗菌药物使用强度与鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率无相关性。结论该院鲍曼不动杆菌检出率较高,但未发现鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性与抗菌药物使用强度有相关性。 Objective To study the correlation between the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii and the use of antibiotic,so as to provide reference for rational use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods Bretrospective in vestigation was used to analyze the relationship between Acinetobacter baumannii drug resistance and antibiotic use density in a hospital during 2012- 2015. Results 19 578 strains of pathogenic bacteria had been isolated from clinical samples for four consecutive years,including 2 886 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii,accounting for 14. 74%,the separation rate was increased. The top three departments wereintensive medicine,internal medicine and emergency department,the constituent ratio were 29. 82%,26. 05% and 12. 16%. The rate of hospital Acinetobacter baumannii isolated was increased,but the conventional antibiotics use density showed a downward trend. Antibiotic use density and Acinetobacter baumannii resistance rate had no correlation except imipenem. Conclusion The detection rate of Acinetobacter bauman was higher in the hospital,but there was no correlation between Acinetobacter baumannii drug resistance and antibiotic use density.
