摘要
目的:了解我院氨曲南使用情况,分析不合理用药病例,为临床医师提供用药参考,促进临床合理应用抗菌药物。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对2012年1—6月我院氨曲南使用情况进行分析。结果:氨曲南使用基本合理,但仍存在选药不当、用法与用量不正确、联合用药不合理等现象。结论:2012年1—6月我院氨曲南用量有所升高,总体应用情况基本合理,但仍存在不合理应用现象,亟需引起重视并予以纠正。
OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the use of aztreonam and analyze the irrational drug use case in our hospital so as to provide references for clinicians regarding the drug use and promote clinical rational use of antibiotics. METHODS ：By a retrospective study, the use of aztreonam in our hospital during January-June period of 2012 was analyzed. RESULTS ： On the whole, the use of aztreonam in our hospital was rational, however, in some cases, the use of aztreonam was irrational in drug choice, dosage and administration and drug combination etc. CONCLUSION：During January-June period of 2012, the consumption amount of aztreonam in our hospital increased. The use of aztreonam was rational on the whole;however, great importance should be attached to the phenomena of irrational use of aztreonam and which remain to be corrected.
