摘要
目的:探讨认知行为干预对结直肠癌化疗病人照顾者照顾负担的影响。方法:根据护理负担量表(ZBI)计分标准,从基线调查的319例对象中,选取得分为中度负担以上(>21分)的结直肠癌化疗患者照顾者94例,随机分干预组和对照组各47例,两组均给予常规医院宣教,另干预组给予以认知重构、自我情绪管理及问题解决为主要技术的认知行为干预,持续12周每周接受1次30min的干预。以护理负担量表(ZBI)评定干预前后照顾者的照顾负担。结果:干预结束后,实验组个人负担得分及照顾负担(ZBI)总分均低于对照组(Z=-3.193,-2.984;P均<0.05);重复测量方差分析,不同时间及组间的个人负担得分及照顾负担(ZBI)总分评分比较,差异有统计学意义(F=10.569,5.698;P均<0.05)。结论:认知行为干预在一定程度上降低了结直肠癌化疗病人照顾者的照顾负担水平。
Objective：To explore the impact of cognitive behavior intervention on the burden of primary caregivers for intestinal cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods：The primary caregivers of 94 hospitalized intestinal cancer patients with chemotherapy that had been selected from the 319base-line objects were randomly divided into the experimental group（n=47）and the control group（n=47）.The burden scores of all participants were〉21.The caregivers in the control group only received routine hospital propaganda and education while the caregivers in the experimental group were provided cognitive behavior intervention based on the basic one,once a week and 30 minutes each time,the intervention lasted 12 weeks.The ZBI scale was used to assess the burden of the caregivers before and after the intervention.Results：After the intervention,the scores of personal burden and the total score of ZBI were lower in the experimental group than the control group（Z=-3.193,-2.984;P〈0.05）;The scores＇ differences between the different time and group were statistically significant（Z=10.569,5.698;P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The cognitive behavior intervention can reduce the burden of primary caregivers for intestinal cancer patients with chemotherapy.
