摘要
从青皮核桃果仁营养成分、呼吸速率、乙烯释放量和相关代谢物质含量、酶活性和抗氧化物质含量等方面阐述了青皮核桃果实采后的生理特性,并从物理、化学、生物保鲜技术三个方面对青皮核桃贮藏保鲜研究现状进行综述,展望了青皮核桃保鲜技术的研究方向,以期为我国青皮核桃产业的发展提供理论指导。
The postharvest physiological characteristics of green walnut including kernel nutrient composition, respiration rate, ethylene production and related metabolites, enzyme activity and antioxidants were described in this paper. The research status of green walnut preservation were overviewed from the physical, chemical and biological preservation technologies. And the feasible research directions were prospected, which may provide references for the storage of green walnut in the future.
