摘要
针对轨道车运行控制设备(GYK)在实际运用中因电源不稳定造成设备失电放风的问题,分析GYK输入电压过低的原因。设计由高性能32位嵌入式系统构成的改进电路,通过优化轨道车供电电路防止GYK输入电压不稳定,通过不间断地监测、记录轨道车蓄电池的运用状态及时提示对蓄电池进行维护,解决GYK失电放风故障。现场运用表明,所设计电路是有效的。
With a view to railcar GYK air braking caused by a power failure in equipment due to unstable power sup-ply,the article analyses the possible causes for low GYK input voltage. It can solve railcar GYK air braking causedby a power failure by designing an improved circuit consisting of a high-performance 32-bit embedded system,opti-mizing the railcar power supply circuit to avoid unstable GYK input voltage,unceasingly monitoring and recordingthe operation status of railcar storage battery and making a timely alarm for storage battery maintenance. The effective-ness of the designed circuit can be validated by means of field application.
