组合式外固定架治疗儿童四肢干骺端骨折 被引量:2

Composite external fixator in the management of metaphyseal fractures in children

摘要 目的观察组合式外固定架治疗儿童四肢干骺端骨折的临床疗效。方法2010年7月至2015年1月采用组合式外固定架治疗儿童四肢干骺端骨折17例,术后随访观察。结果平均随访11个月,17例骨折全部愈合,患肢功能康复优良率为88.9%。结论应用组合式外固定架治疗儿童干骺端骨折,不跨关节固定,固定稳固,可早期功能锻炼,能有效避免对骨骺造成再次损伤,疗效满意。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of composite external fixator on metaphyseal fractures in children. Methods From July 2010 to January 2015, 17 children with metaphyseal fractures were treated by composite external fixator. Results All the children had a mean follow-up of 11 months (ranging from 6 to 36 months). All the fractures healed, the excellent and good rate of limb function recovery was 88.9%. Conclusions The composite external fixator is a stafifying technique to treat the metaphyseal fractures of children, which has advantages such as not over-articular stable fixation, early activities, avoiding epiphyseal injury again.
