单侧三维骨科外固定架治疗肱骨干骨折

External fixator in treating humeral shaft fractures

摘要目的探讨肱骨干骨折的治疗方法及治疗效果。方法采用单侧三维骨科外固定架治疗肱骨干骨折20例。结果20例均得到随访,骨折均1期愈合;并发肩关节僵硬症4例,肘关节功能障碍3例,钉道无菌性炎症反应6例。结论单侧三维骨科外固定架是治疗肱骨干骨折的有效方法,牢固可靠的固定及积极的康复指导是功能恢复的关键。
