番茄红素是一种已经被证明具有良好抗氧化功能的物质,备受消费者关注。本文就番茄红素的资源、理化性质及其在化妆品中的应用做了较为详尽的综述。
It was proved that lycopene had good antioxidative function. It was therefore paid attention by many consumers. Current progress in lycopene research, including resources, physical and chemical properties, and application in cosmetics, were reviewed in this paper.
