摘要
蜂胶富含黄酮,具有较好的抗氧化功能。采用微波辅助提取技术对蜂胶中的抗氧化物质进行了优化提取,研究了提取物在菜籽油中的抗氧化性能,并对其有效的抗氧化成分进行了分析和初步研究。研究结果表明,蜂胶提取物具有较好的抗氧化作用,其抗氧化性优于茶多酚,与VC相近。
The extracting conditions of antioxidative matters from propolis by microwave-assisted extraction were optimized, and the antioxidant activity of propolis extracts was studied in rapeseed oil, and the functional compositions were also analyzed. The results show that, propolis extracts has antioxidative activity which is stronger than that of polyphenol and similar to Vc.
