木荷不同育苗方式的苗木生长量研究

摘要 为探讨不同育苗方式对木荷生长量的影响,对赣南地区不同育苗方式下的一年生木荷苗期生长性状进行调查。结果表明:前茬作物为水稻的育苗方式与前茬作物为旱作物的育苗方式、温室容器育苗方式之间存在显著性差异,其苗高、地径生长量最大,分别达到50.61、0.58 cm,苗木的地上部分、地下部分鲜重均显著大于其他2种育苗方式。为进一步探讨木荷苗期干物质积累及分配规律,对生长表现更好的前茬作物为水稻的育苗方式下的木荷苗木进行了生物量测定及相关分析,结果表明该育苗方式下苗木的总生物量为13.09 g,地下部分根系的干物质量最大,达5.10 g,占比38.961%;各器官生物量占比顺序为根>叶>茎;木荷苗期总生物量、根干物质量、茎干生物量均与主根长呈显著相关,与其他性状呈极显著相关,叶干物质量与主根长不显著相关,与其他性状均呈极显著相关。 In order to investigate different seedling methods on the effects of the growth of Schima superbain,the growth characters of 1-year-old Schima superba seedlings were investigated under different seedling methods in the southern of Jiangxi Province.The results showed that there were significant differences among the previous crop cultivation methods for the rice and the dry crops as the way of raising seedlings and the method of the greenhouse container seedling.The seedlings height and ground diameter of seedling methods of the previous crops of rice were the biggest,which were50.61 cm and 0.58 cm,and the fresh weight of underground part and ground part of seedlings were significantly larger than those of the other two seedling methods.In order to further study the law of by matter accumulation and distribution in Schima superba seedling,the biomass was measured and the correlation was analyzed on the seedling of the former crop was rice which had better growth performance.The results showed that the total biomass of seedling was 13.09 g,the dry weight of root part was 5.10 g,which accounting for 38.961%,the order of biomass of each organ was root leaf stem;the total biomass,root dry weight and stem biomass of Schima superba were significantly correlated with the root length,but had ertremely significant correlation with other traits.Leaf dry matter had no significant correlation with root length,and had extremely significant correlation with other traits.
