摘要
结合消防院校在指挥人才培养方面存在的问题,提出人才培养中实战化训练的思路。分析实战化的重要性,提出消防院校需坚持从实战需要出发,严格遵循实战化训练的根本要求,促进实战化训练落实,提升实战化训练效益,使学员在实战中学打仗、在实训中练打仗。
Combined with the problems in fire commander cultivation of fire academy,the idea of practice training in fire commander cultivation was proposed.the importance of practice training was analyzed,fire academies should always stick to practical needs,obey basic rules of practice training,step up the implementation and promote the efficiency,so as to help cadets to learn through actual fights and to practice through authentic drills.
