摘要
在后MOOC时代背景下,以互联网为媒介,综合分析MOOC平台在线学习与课堂教学的优缺点,采取优势互补的原则,探索了食品微生物学混合课程教学模式的构建与应用。具体实践中,网络平台在线教学内容占35%,应用一轮后的反馈信息说明,混合课程教学效果良好,学生普遍乐于采用混合课程教学模式。
In the post MOOC era, this paper analyzes comprehensively the advantages and disadvantages of online learning and classroom teaching, and explore the construction and application of teaching mode about food microbiology course by adopting the principle of complementary advantages. In the concrete practice, the proportion of the online learning was 35% , the feedback information showed that students generally accept the mode of blending curriculum, and the teaching and learning effect became better after applying a round.
