摘要
目的探讨细节护理配合人性化理念在肺癌根治性手术中的应用。方法选取2013年2月至2015年1月四川省凉山州第一人民医院收治的60例肺癌根治性手术患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(细节护理配合人性化理念)和对照组(手术室常规护理),每组30例。对比两组患者术后并发症发生率、术后疼痛、住院时间、肺功能和护理前后生活质量。结果观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者;观察组患者术后各时间点疼痛得分均明显低于对照组患者,观察组患者住院时间较对照组患者短,观察组患者最大通气量(MVV)和用力肺活量(FVC)等指标均明显高于对照组;上述指标差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者护理前生活质量得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者护理后生活质量得分高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理配合人性化理念能有效的降低肺癌根治性手术患者并发症发生率,减轻疼痛,缩短恢复时间,同时还有助于肺功能和生活质量的改善。
Objective To investigate application of detailed care based on the concept of humanity in lung cancer patients undergoing radical surgery. Methods Select 60 patients with lung cancer treated with radical surgery at First People’s Hospital of Liangshan Prefecture form February 2013 to January 2015.Patients were randomly divided into an observation group（ detailed care based on the concept of humanity）and a control group（ operating room routine care）,with 30 patients in each group. Postoperative complication,pain,hospital stay,pulmonary function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The complication rate was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group; Pain scores at each time point were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group; Hospital stay was shorter in the observation group than in the control group; Indicators including maximum voluntary ventilation and forced vital capacity were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（ all P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before nursing（ P 〉 0. 05）; After nursing,quality of life score was higher in the observation group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Detailed care based on the concept of humanity can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,lessen the pain,shorten the recovery time and improve lung function and quality of life in lung cancer patients undergoing radical surgery.
