摘要
目的评估强化临床技能在中西医临床专业课程中的作用;方法在实验组学生中,根据学生所处的不同学习阶段,知识结构的不同,将学生进行不同的强化技能培训,采用调查问卷和老师评价的形式进行观察;结果实验组学生的课堂气氛、与教师互动、与同学交流、参与主动性、课堂注意力、时间合理性等方面优于对照组,提高学生课前预习、知识外延、查阅资料、巩固复习、知识理解、学科联系等方面优于对照组,提高学生主动学习、协作能力、独立思考、解决问题、沟通能力等方面优于对照组,对疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断、制定治疗原则、选择方药等方面优于对照组;结论强化技能可以使学生能灵活运用其理论指导临床,使学生具有对中医临床各科病证辨证论治的能力和对急、难。
Objective To assess the role of the intensive clinical skills in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine clinical professional course. Methods In the experimental group, depending on the different stages of learning and knowledge structure, students will be strengthened different skills training. Teacher＇s evaluation and questionnaires were carried out. Results The classroom atmosphere, interact with teachers and students exchange, participation in the initiative, classroom attention, reasonable time and other aspects of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. In improving students＇ preview, knowledge extension, access to information, review the consolidation, understanding knowledge, discipline and other aspects, the experimental group was better than the control group. In active learning, collaboration, independent thinking, problem solving, communication skills and other aspects, the experimental group was better than the control group. In the diagnosis and differential diagnosis, the development of the principle of treatment, the choice of medicine and other aspects, the experimental group was better than the control group. Conclusion Intensive skills can enable students to utilize their theory to guide clinical practice, so that students have the ability to TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of disease and syndrome subjects and urgent, difficult, severe initial processing capacity
