摘要
《中医内科学》作为一门实践型的应用学科,是数千年以来人类在同疾病斗争的过程当中所得到的经验总结,它同时具有社会性、服务性以及实践性等特点。作为一名医学院校的学生不仅要掌握基础课程,专业课程以及一些相关的人文知识外,还需要通过大量的临床实践训练来加固所学知识,提高临床技能水平。临床实践技能作为医学生的一项必备能力,是一名合格的中医人才的必备能力,现阶段却面临者许多新的问题,对于培养和提高学生的临床能力产生了不利的影响。为提高学生的中医内科临床能力,我们从临床见习、实训教学、实习教学等方面进行了加强中医内科临床实践教学的探讨和研究。
The internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine as a practice-based subject, is the experience summary of thousands of years fighting against disease, with the characteristics of sociality, service and practical. As a medical college student should not only master the basic courses and professional courses as well as some related knowledge of humanities, through a large number of clinical practice training is also needed to consolidate knowledge, improve the level of clinical skills. Clinical practice skills as a necessary ability of medical students, is a necessary ability of qualified doctor, hut at present it is facing many new problems, and has negative impact to cultivate and improve the clinical ability of the students. In order to improve the students＇ ability of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine clinical, we discuss and research the clinical practice teaching of internal medicine of TCM from the clinical novitiate, training teaching, practice teaching and other aspects.
