炼钢除尘灰对沥青胶浆高温性能的影响

摘要 为研究炼钢除尘灰加入沥青胶浆后对胶浆高温性能的影响,比较了2种除尘灰与矿粉的基本性质,并采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对掺有普通矿粉和除尘灰的沥青胶浆进行DSR试验,以及多应力蠕变恢复试验(MSCR),以2种指标对胶浆的高温性能进行评价。结果表明,除尘灰在某些性质上与矿粉有一定差别,胶浆的2种高温性能评价方式得到了一致的结果,除尘灰的加入可以改善沥青胶浆的高温性能,不同除尘灰对胶浆性能改善的效果有所差别。 In order to study the influence of the steelmaking dust on high temperature properties of asphalt mastics after it was added into asphalt mastic,the comparison of properties of two steelmaking dust with mineral filler was made.The dynamic shear rheometer was used to conduct DSR tests and MSCR tests on asphalt mastics containing mineral filler and steelmaking dust.Two indicators were used to evaluate the high temperature properties of asphalt mastics.The results show that there are some differences among three steelmaking dust on some properties.The same conclusion is drawn to the high temperature properties of asphalt mastic by two evaluating methods.The high temperature properties of asphalt mastics could be improved by the addition of steelmaking dust,and the effects of three steelmaking dust on the improvement is different.
