摘要
铁路超长无缝线路的应力放散工作是铁路建设的重要内容。热带沙漠环境下,气温周而复始地变化会使钢轨内部产生巨大的温度应力。结合沙特CTW400铁路项目,针对沙漠地区极热干燥的气候环境,合理安排施工机具及人员组织,在不同轨温条件下,分别采用自然温度放散法和拉伸放散法2种施工技术,并对锁定焊施工技术进行说明。研究成果可为在沙漠热带环境条件下的铁路工程建设提供技术参考。
De-stressing is an important work procedure for installation of Continuous Welded Rail(CWR)in railway construction.Under the tropical desert environment,the various temperatures lead to a huge temperature stress in rail.Combined with the experience of CTW400 Railway Project in Saudi Arabia,according to the extremely high temperature and drought desert environment,together with the proper arrangement of the machinery and personal organizations,two methods of de-stressing:normal temperature de-stressing and tensioning method de-stressing are introduced in different rail temperature conditions,and the conducting welding technique is illustrated.The research result can provide a technical reference for the railway construction in the tropical desert environment.
