摘要
利用Moldflow软件研究了接油盒注射模成型工艺,分析出塑件的最佳浇口位置和最佳成型工艺条件,模拟了不同保压曲线和冷却回路的成型效果.通过比较不同的模具结构和成型工艺方案在软件中分析运算的结果,从中找出能获得合格产品的方案,从而明显缩短模具开发的周期,节约模具开发成本,提高企业的市场竞争力.
In this paper,Moldflow software is used to study the injection molding process. The optimal gate location and the optimum forming process conditions are analyzed,and the effect of different pressure holding curves and cooling circuits are simulated.Through the comparison between computation results of different mold structure and molding process scheme,the scheme able to obtain a qualified product was found out,thereby the cycle of mold development was significantly shortened,and cost saved,also market competitiveness of enterprises was improved.
