摘要
通过电磁炉面板,介绍了基于Moldflow分析的生产实际问题的解决过程和步骤,并借助软件将型腔内的流动模拟出来。根据分析结果提出局部减料进行截流、局部加料达到引流的观点,实现了熔料的均衡流动和充填,解决了欠注和熔接不良问题,提高了产品质量。
The processing procedures and steps of practical problem which are solved by Moldflow are introduced in this paper.The flow in die cavity is simulated by CAE software.In order to make a well-filling and balanced flow of melt plastic,the viewpoint of reducing local thickness to make a closure and increasing local thickness to make a drainage is put forward.
