摘要
在农业高职院校党建工作中,学生的党建工作是重要的一部分,关系到党建工作的兴衰和成败。做好农业高职院校学生的党建工作,可以把农业中的人才吸引到党的工作中来,增强党的凝聚力和战斗力,使党永葆青春和活力。那么,应该怎样做好农业高职学生党员的发展工作,使发展的党员既具有先进的文化和技能,又在政治上过硬,这是党建工作中的一项重要任务和内容。这篇文章首先对农业高职院校学生的特征进行分析,然后再分析农业高职院校学生党建工作的现状,最后对其学生党建工作的思路进行探索,实现学生党建工作又好又快发展,推动农业高职院校党建工作的全面发展和进步。
Student Party construction constitutes an important part in the Party construction of agricultural higher vocational col-leges. To effectively implement student Party construction in a-gricultural higher vocational colleges, agricultural talents can be introduced into Party construction, so the development of quali-fied student Party members in agricultural higher vocational col-leges has become an important task of Party construction. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of students in agricultural higher vocational colleges, then analyzes the current situation of student Party construction in agricultural higher vocational col-leges, and finally explores the guiding ideas of student Party con-struction in agricultural higher vocational colleges.
