摘要
报告1例右侧椎动脉夹层动脉瘤破裂患者的紧急救护及临床甄别。对患者在急救过程中的病情评估、出血的护理与血压控制的目标及转运护理进行探讨，分析疾病的特征和救护过程的成功经验，为类似疾病的护理提供借鉴的意义。
We report a case of right vertebral arterial dissecting aneurysm rupture in a patient with emergency care and clinical screening. The condition assessment, nursing of bleeding, target of blood pressure control and nursing in transportation in the emergency process were discussed and the characteristic of the disease and successful experience of the rescue, which provides the reference for nursing the similar diseases, were analyzed.
