椎动脉夹层致Wallenberg综合征1例 被引量：2

摘要 1临床资料 患者，男性，39岁，公司职员。因“突发右侧肢体麻木无力10h余”入院。患者发病前1周前曾有急刹车导致剧烈转头动作，后出现颈部疼痛感，发现原发性高血压病1年余，最高血压180／110mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），未曾151服药物治疗，曾有高血脂病史。否认吸烟及饮酒史，无心脏病、糖尿病等病史，无脑卒中家族史，近期无发热史。查体：BP165／105mmHg；神清，答题确切，言语清晰；左额纹变浅，左眼裂变小，左眼睑下垂，
