摘要
医院优质服务体系的建设可以从根本上美化医院服务环境、塑造员工服务行为、改善患者就诊流程。医院在治疗患者疾病的同时,能够提供优质的服务,从而避免医患纠纷的发生。优质服务体系的建设是医院管理变革的最佳突破口。
Building the hospital quality service system can fundamentally improve hospital service environment, to build staff service behavior, and advance the treatment process for patients. So at the same time when hospitals treat the patients, it also can provide high quality service, to avoid the occurrence of medical disputes between doctors and patients. The high quality service system construction is the best breakthrough point of hospital management reform.
