摘要
医院管理的变革和医院管理人员的职业化为中心,分析了医院外部环境的变化所带来的医院宏观管理与微观管理变 革,指出了医院管理体制改革的方向,明确了医院管理变革中的关键因素,提出了医院管理人员职业化对于医院改革的重要意义,以 及我国的医院管理人员职业化建设。
Based on the evolution of hospital management and professional hospital managers, the article analyzes the evolution of macro and micro hospital management caused by the changing environment outside hospital, it points out the direction for reforming hospital management system and the key factors for evolution of hospital management, it outlines the important significance of professional hospital managers towards hospital reform and the building of professional hospital managers in China.
