摘要
随着中国浮法玻璃制造成本日益上涨、市场竞争日益激烈,大型浮法玻璃生产线在单位建造成本、运行成本和管理成本等方面具有明显的优势,浮法玻璃逐步向大型化发展已成为一种趋势。简单介绍了大型浮法玻璃熔窑熔制过程的难点,重点提出大型浮法玻璃熔窑熔制技术的发展方向或思路。
With increase of the float glass manufacturing costs in China, the market competition is getting severer . Due to the fact of the significant advantages of large scale float glass production line in unit cost of construction, operation and management etc., it is becoming a trend to develop the large float glass furnaces rather than small float glass tanks. The difficulties of melting process in large float glass furnaces were described and some ways or ideas of melting technology for large float glass fumaces were proposed.
