摘要
在传统熔窑中熔制铅玻璃,由于种种原因熔制质量一般难以稳定。实践表明,用全电熔炉来熔制铅晶质玻璃能提高玻璃的熔制质量。 一、全电熔炉的工艺特点 (一)冷顶式垂直熔制工艺 全电熔炉是只用电能来熔化玻璃的窑炉。常温下玻璃是良好的绝缘体。
This paper describes the features of 'cold roof' vertical electro-melting technology, glass composition and batch preparation of lead crystal glass for electro-melting, and the key strong points of operation in great details in respect of melting temperature, input power from electrodes, melting rate, batch covering layer and insert method of electrodes etc. Finally, taking two typical electro-malting furnaces in the world as examples, this paper, in particulnr, describes melting area and electrode area, and diseusses the tendency of development of electro-melting furnaces.
