摘要 目的:评价在消化内科学临床学习中联合微信进行以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学的教学效果。方法:选取西安交通大学临床医学专业本科生及8年制学生共128名,在消化内科学PBL教学中联合微信进行教学,并进行问卷调查,了解医学生对联合微信的PBL教学的主观态度以及该教学方式实施前后对自身综合能力的评价。结果:86.7%学生对联合微信进行PBL教学持肯定态度。与一般的PBL教学相比,医学生认为联合微信进行PBL教学有助于提高自身综合能力,尤其是在提高自我学习能力、查找资料和信息分析能力等方面收获更多,差异具有统计学意义。结论:联合微信进行消化内科PBL教学总体效果较好,有助于提高医学生多方面学习能力。 Objective: To investigate the effects of gastroenterolo- gial PBL teaching combined with Wechat. Methods: 128 medical students of Medical School of Xi'an Jiaotong University were en- rolled. Surveys were taken before and after they learned the PBL teaching which Wechat were combined. Items included students attitudes to PBL teaching and their self-evaluations. Resuhs 86.7% of all students held a favorable position towards PBL teaching combined with Wechat. Compared with the general PBL teaching, the PBL teaching combined with Wechat helped improve students' learning ability, especially in improving abilities of self learning, information searching and information analyzing. The differences had statistically significance. Conclusion: PBL teaching combined with Wechat has been proved to be accepted by most students and be quite effective.
