摘要
针对工业现场大型电机运行状态的实时监测,设计出了一种以AVR单片机为控制核心的监测系统。系统主要分为监测模块部分和上位机监测部分。监测模块部分以微处理器为核心,对大型电机运行状态的电量参数以及温度进行采集,并将信息上传给上位机。上位机可对现场监测节点进行数据显示。介绍了各主要部分电路以及系统软件。系统结构设计简单,可靠性强,具有良好的工业应用价值。
In view of the large motor running state of real - time monitoring for industrial field, a monitoring system based on AVR microcontroller as control core is designed. Monitoring system is mainly divided into monitor module and host computer. The core of monitoring module is microprocessor. The action of monitoring module is to collect information of electricity and temperature when the motor is running, and upload the information to the host computer. The computer can display data of the monitoring node. The major part of the circuit and system software is introduced. System structure design is simple and reliable, has a good industrial application value.
