摘要
人才培养模式改革是提高人才培养质量的关键。借鉴国际高等工程教育的经验,结合江苏技术师范学院教学改革的实践,阐述人才培养模式改革的一系列举措:优化教学内容,理论基础博专统一,实践训练系统综合;压缩必修,扩大选修,提高学习选择性;提高多样化的专业方向模块,适应学生个性化学习以通讯构建复合型知能结构的要求。
The reform on talent cultivating model is the key to improving the quality of the talents. By using for reference to the experience from international higher education and by combining it with the practice in Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology, the paper sets forth a series of measures to reform talent cultivating model： Optimiz!ng the teaching contents, studying theories both intensively and extensively and synthesizing practice and training system. In order to achieve the goals, the university may reduce the required courses and increase the electives, and may provide the students with diversified modules for any specialty orientation with the purpose to fit for the students＇ requirement to become individualized learners and to construct a compound mode for knowledge and competence.
