摘要
政府通过购买服务方式向社会供给公共服务,已成为公共服务供给的重要制度安排,其绩效评估问题是学术界研究的前沿重点。本文对我国政府购买公共服务绩效问题研究成果进行收集整理,归纳总结目前学术界有代表性的研究观点,发现现有研究存在较大空白。在以后的研究中,应重点结合政府购买公共服务发展现状,合理选择绩效评估方法,构建科学的评价指标体系,加快政府购买公共服务绩效分析结果的实践应用。
As that governments purchase services to provide the society with public services has become an important system arrangement for public service supply, the issue of performance assessment on such purchase becomes one of the latest important research topics. The paper sorts out research achievements of performance issue in Chinese government purchasing public service, analyzes current typical research viewpoints in the academic world, and finds a big gap in existing researches. Therefore, in the future researches, current situation of Chinese government purchasing public service should be attached great importance. Reasonable performance assessment methods should be selected. A scientific assessment indicator system should be established to accelerate practical application of performance analysis results of Chinese government purchasing public service.
