摘要
对高铝粉煤灰基硅酸钙的性能进行了分析,并对其预处理造纸脱墨废水进行了研究。结果表明,硅酸钙呈多孔状结构,具有高白度、低磨耗及高孔隙率、比表面积和吸油值。多孔硅酸钙用于预处理脱墨废水具有较好的效果,较佳的处理工艺条件为:用量2.0%,p H值6.7-7.4,平均粒径25μm,处理时间3h;经预处理后,脱墨废水COD去除率在20%-28%,S S去除率在40%-65%,浊度去除率在94%-96%,色度去除率在64%-65%。实验发现硅酸钙处理脱墨废水还具有非常好的除臭效果。
Properties of calcium silicate made from high-alumina fly ash and its application for pretreatment of deinking water were investigated in this paper. The results show that calcium silicate has high brightness, low abrasion value, much porosity, high specific surface area and absorption oil value. The calcium silicate has good effect to clean deinking water, and the optimal treatment conditions were as follows: dosage 2.0%, pH 6.7-7.4, average size 25μm, time 3 h. After treatment, the remove rate of COD, SS, turbidity and chroma are 20%-28%, 40%-65%, 94%-96% and 64%-65%, respectively. Also, the calcium silicate can remove the odor well.
