摘要
为了提高高速冲孔设备的定位精度,设计了一种冲孔设备分段快速刀具定位系统。刀具的定位采用大行程粗定位配合小行程精定位的分段控制方法。粗定位通过安装编码器实现,精定位采用图像识别的方法来完成。通过精定位识别数据对粗定位进行动态修正,提高了粗定位的准确度,减少了精定位运动时间。采用该定位方式定位精度可以达到0.01 mm,平均冲孔速度可以达到50孔/min,极大地改善了定位精度与运动速度之间的矛盾,获得了满意的效果。
This paper proposed a fast segmented cutting tool control system for punching equipment in order to improve the positioning accuracy of high speed punching machine. The positioning of the cutting tool is done with piecewise method by adopting large stroke gross positioning and short distance accurate positioning. The initial positioning was realized by installing the encoder and the precise positioning was done by using image recognition. The dynamic amendment was achieved by using precise positioning to identify data,which improved the accuracy of gross positioning and reduce the movement time of accurate positioning. With this method,the positioning accuracy can reach 0. 01 mm and average punching speed can reach 50 hole / min,which alleviated greatly the contradiction between positioning accuracy and movement speed and obtained a satisfactory result.
