摘要
本文介绍了一种以PLC为控制器,采用RS485数字技术驱动电机,高速计数器模块用于位置反馈,实现电机轴精确位置控制的方案;讨论了位置控制器的参数整定方法和死区补偿、非线性饱和等问题的工程解决方法;给出了该方法在棉纺织厂往复式抓包机中成功应用的实例。
In this paper, a new method for accurate position control of motor was introduced, in which PLC was used as controller, RS485 was used for motor driver port and high - speed - counter was used for feedback. The method for tuning parameters of position control algorithm and compensating system dead- zone was discussed also. In the end, a successful sample of this method used in reciprocating type bale plucker in textile mill was given.
