摘要
采用组织培养的快速繁殖方式对蝴蝶兰无菌苗进行繁殖培育,研究以香蕉代替椰乳作为附加物,将蝴蝶兰无菌苗分别转接到绿色、黄绿、黄熟、熟有黑点及黑色5种不同成熟度香蕉的培养基中,比较不同成熟度香蕉附加物对蝴蝶兰原球茎增殖效果的影响;结果表明,当培养基为MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+琼脂12 g+蔗糖30 g+黄熟香蕉100 g时,为蝴蝶兰增殖最合适的培养基。
The experimental vaccine cultured phalaenopsis.Compare different maturity bananas proliferative effect, phalaenopsis with different maturity bananas medium suitability were studied. Phalaenopsis vaccine were transferred to five different maturity bananas medium.After months of tests MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+agar 12 g+suerose 30 g+organie appendages (yellow bananas)100 g, it were most appropriate medium for the proliferation of phalaenopsis.
