摘要 为使高校培养的相关人才所具备的职业能力与社会用人单位之间实际需求相互适应,将质量功能展开(QFD)理论应用于高等教育人才培养的实例中,并结合问卷调查及KANO模型,构建了基于职业能力的"顾客需求"(VOC)最优化模型,据此得出关于人才培养所需的六项技能排序,为日后人才培养提供了科学依据。 In order to make talents cultivation ofhig_her education adapt to the requirement of social organizations, the paper intends to apply the quality function development (QFD) theory to the training of higher education talents practice, and build up optimizing model of customer requirements based on the career requirement by using questionnaire and KANO mod- el. Six required skills for training such kind of talents are sorted, which can provide a sound basis for training the talents in college.
