摘要
目的:探讨痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗肺部感染的效果。方法:研究我院2014年3月—2015年12月随机抽取的80例肺部感染患者,分为对照组与观察组各40例,其中对照组运用常规抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上添加痰热清注射液,分析两组患者治疗效果差异。结果:在治疗总有效率上,观察组为97.5%,对照组为77.5%,组间差异显著,P<0.05;退热时长与咳嗽、咳痰消除时长上,观察组显著少于对照组,P<0.05。结论:痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗肺部感染可以有效地提升治疗疗效,加快症状消除速度,促进疾病更快好转。
Objective： To explore the effect of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pulmonary infection. Methods： 80 cases of patients with pulmonary infection in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly, with 40 cases in each group, the control group received conventional antibiotic treatment while the observation group received Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics, the difference in effect of two groups of patients was analyzed. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5% and that of the control group was 77.5%, the difference between groups was significant, P〈0.05; the fever and cough, sputum eliminating time of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics could effectively enhance the therapeutic effect, accelerate the disappearance of symptoms and promote the recovery in the treatment of pulmonary infection.
