摘要
目的:观察益气升白汤治疗乳腺癌化疗后白细胞减少症疗效。方法:将我院进行化疗乳腺癌白细胞减少患者120例作为研究对象,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组服用益气升白汤治疗,而对照组给予利血生。对比两组疗效。结果:治疗组升白细胞总有效率为90%,而对照组总有效率仅为70%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组体力状况ECOG评分总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3d两组白细胞计数差异不显著,在7d、11d和21d,治疗组患者白细胞计数显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌化疗后白细胞减少患者采用益气升白汤治疗有效提高升白细胞疗效,改善体力状况,增加白细胞计数,临床具有重要意义。
Objective： To observe effects of the Yiqi Shengbai decoction on leukopenia after chemotherapy of breast cancer. Methods： 120 patients with breast cancer were divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with the Yiqi Shengbai decoction; the control group was given leucogen. The efficacy was compared in groups. Results： The efficiency of leukocyte was 90% in the treatment group, and significantly higher than 70% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The efficiency of ECOG score in the treatment group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. In 3 days, there was no significant difference in leukocyte count between groups; in 7 days, 11 days and 21 days, the white blood cell count in the treatment group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： After chemotherapy of breast cancer, the Yiqi Shengbai decoction can effectively improve leukocyte and physical condition, has an important significance in clinic.
